Collected anticoagulated blood from each group was diluted to 1×10 6 cell/ml, labeled with anti-mouse monoclonal antibodies and then incubated for 30 min with rabbit anti-mouse FITC-IgG monoclonal antibodies to CD4 + and <t>CD8</t> + .
